Reiki Level 1 Workshop - Traditional Usui Reiki
When: Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 August, 2025, 10am - 5pm
Where: Laurimar Wellbeing Hub, 136 Schotters Rd, Mernda, VIC
Workshop Overview:
- Introduction to Reiki: Reiki 1 is the first step in learning about Reiki energy healing. You will be taught the history of reiki and what Reiki is about and how to use it.
- Attunements and Techniques: Receive your first set of attunements, learn hand positions, and practice giving and receiving healing.
- Comprehensive Learning: Take home a manual for continued practice.
Instructors:
- Andrew Cook: Reiki Grand Master, 6th in line from Dr. Mikao Usui, with over 30 years of experience in traditional Usui Reiki.
- Melissa James: Reiki Master, 7th in line from Dr. Mikao Usui, with 15 years of experience in traditional Usui Reiki.

- Hands-On Learning: Engage in practical exercises with comprehensive notes provided.
- Certification: Receive a Certificate of Participation upon completion.
